We started with strawberries and we’re finishing with strawberries! They’re my favourite fruit to draw, if you haven’t guessed that already!
This was a really fun one to work on, the heart shaped dessert cup just makes it effortlessly adorable. I’m super happy with how I painted the strawberries in this one, I like all the subtle colour shifts where the lighting affects it. Also pretty pleased with the subtle texture and shading on the surface of the pudding too!
Another relatively simple one! After really struggling and getting frustrated with the froggy cake from the previous day, I just wanted something simple to settle back into. This worked really well for that!
This one was incredibly frustrating to do… I wanted to challenge myself by painting a green dessert since I know I struggle with that, but I somehow forgot that I was already challenging myself to daily drawings so the pressure was already high.
I’m really happy with the concept of this one, I just think that I could’ve painted it better! It’s been really popular on social media though so at least my struggle wasn’t entirely in vain!! I would like to revisit this in the future and see if I can make a version I’m happier with.
